Frequently Asked Questions

How does the free trial work?

When you first log in and visit a gated page, your trial starts automatically. You can use all features for the duration set by the admin (default: 10 minutes). When it expires, you'll see the paywall. Your progress is saved.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly plans are billed monthly and you can stop renewing at any time. Lifetime and per-session plans are one-time payments with no recurring charges.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept card payments, bank transfers, and USSD via Paystack. Bank transfer approval is manual — send your receipt to the admin email after payment.

What happens when my plan expires?

You'll see a paywall and need to renew. All your data (lesson notes, exam scores, etc.) is preserved — you just can't access new content until you renew.

I already paid — how do I restore my access?

Go back to the content page, click "Restore access" on the paywall, enter your email and your subscription will be re-linked to your device.
